Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, items that show signs of use, personalization, or damage not caused by us cannot be returned.

Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned item.
Special Cases
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@cattail.com. We will resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.
Exceptions to the Policy
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
